Finance Reconciliations Clerk - Properties

Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Properties Reconciliation Clerk who is used to capturing bulk payments and can draft detailed reconciliations. This position will be based at our Head Office in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
• Capturing Utility Payments onto the clients system (monthly);
• Reconciling Landlord Statements to the clients system (monthly);
• Handling Landlord queries – Telephonically and via e-mail (daily);
• Liaising with Landlord’s to obtain requisite supporting documentation (daily);
• Calculating Annual Rates increases / decreases (daily)
• Ad hoc projects (as they present themselves
Competencies
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Strong numeric skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Able to prioritise and multi-task;
• Able to work with tight deadlines;
• Good communication skills.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum Matric;
• Minimum of 3 years Finance/Clerical experience;
• Strong reconciliation experience essential;
• Property reconciliation experience advantageous.
