About the role
We are an innovative recruitment software company offering a cloud‑based recruitment platform that helps agencies and employers manage vacancies, applications and candidate engagement. We are looking for a driven Sales Agent to accelerate our growth by onboarding recruitment agencies and talent‑acquisition teams onto our platform. You will own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – and ensure new customers have a smooth onboarding experience.
What you’ll do
- Identify and qualify recruitment agencies, internal talent‑acquisition teams and other organisations that will benefit from the platform; build and manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and tailor product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate the platform’s value.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, manage objections and close deals in line with monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with customer‑success colleagues to ensure new users are successfully onboarded, trained and supported.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
- Stay informed about trends in the recruitment sector and competitor offerings to position the platform effectively and provide input to new feature development and platform improvements to remove competitive.
Commission
Uncapped commission potential of 10% of yearly customer revenue.

Requirements
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, HR‑tech or recruitment services.
- Solid understanding of the recruitment process and the challenges faced by recruitment agencies and talent‑acquisition teams.
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet deadlines independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual‑meeting platforms.
- Degree/Diploma in business, marketing, human resources or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
